Breakdown 11/23

Nathan is band leader this week. I am worship/vocal leader.

Prelude - So What by Pink
I will play melody on keyboard.
Bass and electric double the familiar lick.
Lizzy, work on getting the exact beat (kick rhythms)
We will not play the entire song, but most of it.
Play through the second chorus, and skip to the ending.
This song is extremely popular right now, we need to play it as perfect as we can.

Song - All Because of Jesus
Vocalists - I sing verse 1, Nathan verse 2. Harmony on chorus, and tenor harmony on bridge - alto sing melody on bridge.
Band - play exactly as .mp3
Starts with electric guitar, and leads into dual electrics and drums.
Bridge is in double time, listen closely to drums and play exactly as on track.

Vocalists - I sing verse 1, Katie verse 2. Harmony on chorus, and bridge is in unison.

Vocalists - ALL sing verses in unison. Harmony on chorus and bridge.

Drums and bass come in after first chorus.
Acoustic guitar and piano start song... acoustic should pick until chorus, then start strumming.
Drums should build as such: verse2 - closed hi-hat ; chorus - ride cymbal ; bridge - open hi-hat ; chorus - crash
Slow build this one and drive it towards the end!
Last chorus is ONLY PIANO.
